Mike Speltz contacted me through my website to inquire about a Real Estate Shoot for a property he was selling in Lone Tree, CO. I hopped on this. I love real-estate shoots. I usually give an option of one of two styles. If your house is located close to other buildings and maybe the views out the window aren’t the best we can shoot in a style that lets the windows “blow out” or appear white in the photos. This makes the viewer focus on the indoors. If you love the views from inside the home looking out we can shoot in the newer HDR style that basically allows for several images taken on a tripod to be fused together in editing software to show a full range of value inside as well as outside.
