This really cool place had just opened down in Lakewood, CO on Wadsworth Blvd. when I shot it. Woon, one of the owners and his head chef met me at the door with a nervous smile. They had already made the food and had it waiting for me. I looked down and to my surprise they had some amazing seafood but it was in plastic bags! I convinced them that the food did not need to be presented in these pictures the exact same way it would be presented to the customer later on. I saw that they had shiny metal trays under the bags. I was like “boom”. I positioned a table that I liked probably 4-5 times before I settled on a spot with natural window light. They only had 3 menu items but the seafood was fire. Here is their menu. This food is amazing for dine-in as they have a centrally located full bar and tv’s around but it is admittedly perfect for carry out or delivery since it comes served in a steamy bag!
